How to reach us

We use two buildings a few doors apart on the same street. The Bilocale and the Trilocale are at number 19. The Appartamento Deluxe is at number 15, with Mini Suite Sole and Mini Suite Luna inside it. Your booking confirmation tells you which unit you have, so head for that street number rather than the street in general.

If anything about the address, the parking or the entry code is unclear, ask us before you set off rather than on the doorstep. Written questions are easiest to answer accurately, so email works well for anything involving dates, flight times or directions.

By car

Aim for the Tangenziale Ovest A50 and leave at exit 8. The house is about two minutes from there, and the coordinates above will take your satnav the rest of the way.

Covered parking is available on request for €5 per day. One point worth knowing if you are here for treatment or appointments: the route between Noverasco and the European Institute of Oncology on Via Ripamonti crosses neither Area B nor Area C, Milan's low-emission and congestion zones, so that particular journey raises no restriction questions. If you plan to drive further into the city, check the current Area B and Area C rules for your vehicle before you set off, because they depend on its emissions class.

Driving times guests ask about most often: the IEO four to five minutes, Scalo Milano Outlet about five, the Forum di Assago about ten, Humanitas Research Hospital in Rozzano about thirteen, and central Milan about fifteen. Le Rovedine golf course is close enough to walk to; Tolcinasco golf club is about ten minutes by car.

From the airports and by train

We can arrange an airport transfer on request from Malpensa, Linate or Orio al Serio. It is the simplest option if you land late, travel with children or carry a lot of luggage. Ask when you book, or send us your flight number and arrival time and we will confirm what is possible.

If you drive yourself from the airport, the point to aim for at the end of the journey is exit 8 of the Tangenziale Ovest A50, whichever airport you start from. From there you are about two minutes away.

If you arrive by train at Milano Centrale, message or email us with your arrival time and we will tell you the best way out to Noverasco on the day. We would rather give you a route we have checked than a generic one that may have changed.

By bus and public transport

The ATM terminus "Noverasco (Opera)" is about 180 metres from the house, two or three minutes on foot. It is the start of the line rather than a stop along the way.

Line 99 runs from there towards Milan. The stop "Via Ripamonti (Ist. Europeo Oncologia)" is the fifth stop, seven minutes away, with no changes. In the summer 2026 timetable the first departure towards Milan is at 06:35 and the last at 22:05, every 15 to 16 minutes at peak times and every 30 minutes otherwise. Coming back from the IEO stop, line 99 runs until about 21:54. Line 222 covers the later hours, with the last departure towards Opera at around 01:00, every day.

The IEO also runs a free shuttle from the MM2 metro station at Abbiategrasso, but it operates Monday to Friday only. If your appointment falls at the weekend, plan on line 99 or a car instead.

For Humanitas in Rozzano there is no direct bus: take line 222 to the centre of Opera and change to line 220. By car the distance is about eight kilometres.

The American School of Milan on Via K. Marx is in the same hamlet, about 380 metres in a straight line and 400 to 480 metres on foot, which is roughly a six-minute walk.

ATM timetables change several times a year. Check atm.it for the current schedule before you plan around a specific departure.

Arriving: the two access methods

There is no reception, but access depends on the accommodation booked. At No. 15 you use a personal Nuki code valid for the stay. The Bilocale and Trilocale at No. 19 use physical keys kept in a lockbox near the door.

The exact location, instructions and codes are sent privately before arrival and are not published on the website. Read them before travelling, especially for a late arrival. If anything is unclear or the access method does not work, call or message +39 329 058 0016.

Which unit you have booked

Five types of stay are shown, and it is worth being clear about which is which before you travel.

The flats have a fitted kitchen and a washing machine. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available across all units. Covered parking is available on request for €5 per day. Civico 15 uses length-of-stay rates; the request form shows the exact total. Sending it does not confirm the stay or take payment.

How do I drive to Casa Mariuccia from the motorway?

Aim for the Tangenziale Ovest A50 and leave at exit 8. Casa Mariuccia, at Via Sporting Mirasole 15 and 19 in Noverasco di Opera, is about two minutes from that exit. The American School of Milan on Via K. Marx is in the same hamlet as Casa Mariuccia, about 380 metres away in a straight line and 400 to 480 metres on foot, which is roughly a six-minute walk. Casa Mariuccia is not affiliated with either hospital and has no agreement with them: they are named only as geographical reference points.

Can I stay for more than a month?

Italian short-term tourist lets are capped at 30 consecutive days, after which a registered tenancy agreement is required. Civico 15 uses length-of-stay rates from 2 to 30 nights; stays of 31 nights or more need a personalised arrangement. Write to info@casamariuccia.it or call +39 329 058 0016 well in advance.
